Camping without a barbecue? That's not an option for us. That's why you can swing the BBQ tongs to your heart's content with an electric or gas barbecue. However, please refrain from barbecuing with charcoal or briquettes due to the smoke and odors, out of consideration for other guests.

Yes, each pitch is equipped with a 220 V power connection (CEE plug, 16 amps).

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the campsite, covering 90 % of the site. You can get the access code at reception.

Yes, we have a FLAGA liquid gas depot with various types of cylinders (5, 11 and 33 kg) as well as Campingaz. There is also the Camping Service Höcker camping & gas service point in Altenmarkt, just 20 minutes away by car.

Yes, we offer modern, bright washrooms with underfloor heating, toilet facilities, a dishwashing room with freezer facilities, and a heated ski & boot drying room, which is accessible with the keycard from 7:00 to 22:00.

The garbage room is located next to the gas depot in the hotel parking lot. Please separate your waste carefully and use the garbage cans provided for residual waste, food waste, plastic packaging, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, paper and glass.

Yes, the ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel. In high season, the bus takes you to the Planai valley station every 30 minutes.

Yes, you can pick up your ordered breakfast pastries at reception from 7:30 am. Please sign up on the list at reception by 7 pm the evening before.

Yes, you will find a fresh water supply and a station for waste water disposal at the campsite. There is also a drainage basin for chemical toilets. Emptying the water tank directly on the pitch is not permitted.

Yes, campers are welcome to take part in the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. However, we ask you to book in advance the day before.

Yes, four-legged friends are always welcome here. Unless they are dogs of the so-called list breeds: Bullterrier, Staffordshire Bullterrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Mastino Napoletano, Mastin Espanol, Fila Brasileiro, Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Tosa Inu, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino (Argentinian Mastiff) or dogs from crossbreeds of these breeds. These are not allowed out of consideration for our other guests.

We ask all other doggos to be kept on a lead throughout the campsite and not to enter the sanitary facilities. But dogs don't like to be cat-washed anyway.

The nearest grocery store is only 400 meters away from our campsite.

Parking is possible at the designated camping parking lot. Please note that it is not permitted to park the vehicle directly at the camping pitch.
